1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and FinAudit Pro, concerning your access to and use of our website and services.

You agree that by accessing our website and/or services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are prohibited from using our website and services and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

FinAudit Pro provides financial audit services as described on our website. The specific details, deliverables, and timelines for services will be outlined in a separate agreement between FinAudit Pro and the client.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Financial Audit Limitations

Our financial audit services are designed to provide reasonable assurance regarding the accuracy and compliance of financial statements and practices. However, due to the inherent limitations of an audit, there is an unavoidable risk that some material misstatements may not be detected, even though the audit is properly planned and performed in accordance with professional standards.

We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or improvements as a result of our audit services.

4. Your Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information as required for the audit process
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Pay all fees as agreed upon in the service agreement
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials provided to you

5. Intellectual Property

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by FinAudit Pro, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are as outlined on our website or in the service agreement provided to you. All fees are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to late fees and/or suspension of services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FinAudit Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• The use or inability to use our services
• Any changes made to the services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service
• Any other matter relating to the service

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to FinAudit Pro for the services provided in the preceding 12-month period.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FinAudit Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta, Canada.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
